Our Service integrates with third-party social media platforms through their official APIs. Your use of these platforms through our Service is subject to their respective terms of service and community guidelines.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

  • Facebook: Up to 80 images per post, 63,206 character caption limit
  • Instagram: Up to 10 images per post, 2,200 character caption limit
  • TikTok: Up to 35 images per slideshow, 2,200 character caption limit
  • YouTube Shorts: Video only (15 seconds - 3 minutes), 5,000 character description limit

4.2 Prohibited Content

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Content that violates third-party intellectual property rights
  • Spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Content that violates social media platform community guidelines
  • Malicious software or harmful code

4.3 Service Usage

  • You may not use automated tools to access our Service beyond provided features
  • You may not attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security measures
  • You may not use our Service for illegal activities
  • You may not share your account with unauthorized users

5. Social Media Platform Connections

5.1 Authorization

By connecting your social media accounts to PostEase, you authorize us to:

  • Access your connected accounts for posting content
  • Store encrypted access tokens and refresh tokens
  • Retrieve account information necessary for service functionality
  • Automatically refresh tokens to maintain connections

5.2 Platform Compliance

You acknowledge that posting through our Service must comply with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. We are not responsible for enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms.

5.3 Connection Management

  • You may disconnect platforms at any time through your account settings
  • Disconnecting will immediately revoke our access to your accounts
  • We may automatically remove expired or invalid connections

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Service
  • You grant us a limited license to process and distribute your content as necessary for service functionality
  • You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content
  • You are solely responsible for your content and its compliance with applicable laws

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your content) are and will remain our exclusive property. Our Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Scheduling and Automation

7.1 Scheduled Posts

  • Scheduled posts are processed using background job workflows
  • You may cancel scheduled posts before their publication time
  • We cannot guarantee exact posting times due to platform limitations
  • Failed posts will be reported in your dashboard with error details

7.2 Token Refresh

We automatically refresh expired access tokens when possible to maintain your connections. If refresh fails, you may need to reconnect your accounts manually.

8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Service. Maintenance, updates, and third-party platform issues may cause temporary service disruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Dependencies

Our Service depends on third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Social media platform API changes or outages
  • Changes to platform posting policies or limits
  • Infrastructure provider service disruptions
  • Internet connectivity issues

9. Payment and Subscription Terms

9.1 Subscription Plans

PostEase offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website.

9.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11.2 Termination by PostEase

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Posting prohibited content
  • Violating usage restrictions
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:
